Privacy Policy — Heron

Heron is a single-user personal application used by its developer, Catherine Breslin, to manage her own photography workflow. It is not a service offered to other users.

Data collected

• No user data is collected from third parties.

• Photographs and metadata reside on the user's local machine and a local SQLite database.

• API tokens provided by the user (for Pinterest, Instagram, Anthropic, etc.) are stored locally and used only to call those services on the user's behalf.

Data shared

• No data is shared with any third party other than the platforms the user explicitly posts to (e.g. Pinterest), and only when the user initiates a post.

Cookies and tracking

• The application does not use cookies or analytics.
